Welcome to the PRSA Southeast District in 2026!

I’m excited for what’s ahead as we continue working together to support our chapters, connect professionals across the region and create opportunities for learning, leadership and collaboration. One of the greatest strengths of our district is the depth of talent, creativity and commitment across our chapters. This year, we want to build on that strength by making it even easier to share ideas, highlight chapter successes and connect members to meaningful opportunities throughout the Southeast.

Our goal is for district communications to be useful, relevant and supportive of the great work happening at the chapter level. In the months ahead, you’ll hear from us with districtwide updates, leadership resources, opportunities to engage and stories worth sharing from across the region.

Thank you to everyone who participated in Quickstart. This annual gathering continues to be an important opportunity for chapter leaders to connect, exchange ideas and begin the year with new energy and practical takeaways.

Quickstart offered space to discuss priorities, share best practices and strengthen relationships across the district. These conversations help set the tone for the year ahead and reinforce what makes PRSA Southeast District strong: leaders who are willing to learn from one another and work together in service of their members.

We’re grateful to all who helped make Quickstart a success, and we look forward to building on that momentum in the months ahead.

Please mark your calendar for the 2026 Virtual Public Relations District Conference on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and is designed to bring together communicators from across the region for a day of fresh thinking, professional development and connection.

This year’s event will feature dynamic keynote speakers and interactive breakout sessions focused on the challenges and opportunities shaping public relations today. Attendees will have the chance to exchange best practices, expand their networks and engage with peers from across the district.

A few important dates:

• Registration opens July 1
• Session proposals are due Friday, June 12 at 5 p.m.
