How do you create an influencer-marketing program that keeps your client happy and keeps influencers engaged? Maree Jones shares her insight on Wednesday at 3 p.m. in one of the breakout sessions.

2) Brain Health –  In one of the breakout sessions Wednesday at 4:15 p.m., Karen Goldstein, MPH explains how Ogilvy and HHS prepared to educate the public about brain health and make it part of the conversation about personal health.

3) Chat Bots – Enjoy breakfast Thursday with insight from HubSpot’s Kipp Bodnar about chat bots, automated messaging and their role in the future of marketing and public relations.

4) Positive Deviance – One of Thursday’s 10 a.m. Breakout sessions features a discussion on the role of positive deviance and how in can help empower your change management strategies.

5) Generation Z – Millennials are changing the world with their habits and preferences. Wait until Generation Z comes of age. Two breakout sessions Thursday discusses the next generation’s impact in the workplace (4 p.m. With Tim Moore) and on social media (10 a.m. With Matt See).
